Installed/Working but can't change anything 

Hi, I've recently installed DNN 4.8 at CrystalTech (SQL 2005, ASP.NET 3.5).

Everything seems to be working, I am navigating around my installation, able to login with both host and admin id's, but when I go to change something (i.e. hit "Update"), nothing happens, the links don't work. I'm assuming this is something really simple that I forgot to do as part of post-install setup/initial config.

Can anyone help?
