Multipage instead of scrolling

Hello everybody,

I've got a page with a lot of text, and my question is:

is it possibile to avoid the user to scroll down, scroll down, scroll down.... With a multipage structure?  With something like "Prev Page" and "Next Page"?

Thanks in advance!

Hey DeVen,
You might want to look at www.BuyDNNstuff.com for a module that does what you want.

Re: Multipage instead of scrolling

There used to be free Multipage module from Bonosoft (and source can still be bought at Snowcovered), but unfortunately the developer vanished about a year ago.

Re: Multipage instead of scrolling

I think it's important to think in terms of how content is rendered/processed when deciding which module to use.

You can create multi-page content with a user-defined table and custom XSL transformation.  Make sure you include sorting and paging support in your custom XSL.  You'll need to change the page sizing variable to:   <xsl:variable name="paging">1</xsl:variable>  so that it only displays one page at a time and add a field in your table for the sorting of the content.
