import template?

Hi guys,

I have this annoying issue:

I have exported my portal template using Hosts->Portals->Export Portal Template.

How do I import this template in another portal?

thanks

Re: import template?

Hey sv,

You will need to create a new portal from this template. When you go to the portals page select "Add new portal" and then you should see your portal template show up in the Template drop down.

Take care,

Ian

Re: import template?

sv,

You're very welcome :)

I think as time goes on tasks such as these will become more intuitive - but for right now ... :)

Take care,

Ian

Re: import template?

Hi Ian,

I have another question.

If I have a tree menu of pages(many of them blank...)

how can I import them in a existing portal?

Can I do this in the database level if no tool exists?

thanks
