Re: Unable to logout

This worked for me too until I logged on later. It probaly happens to me 70% of the time I login. I can't beleive no one has any comments about this. We can't be the only two.

Re: Unable to logout

I had something similar happen to me this morning.

This followed on from yesteday when I all of a sudden had an issue with LiveID & OpenID authentication. I manually disabled both of these in the DNN Authentication table. I then mistakenly set the "LogoffControlSrc" field in this table for the DNN setting (AuthenticationID = 1). I then found that I couldn't logout.

I resolved this by setting the LogoffControlSrc = '' where AuthenticationID = 1

Not sure if this will fix your problem, but it might be worth checking.

Re: Unable to logout

Can that be done in the host settings? Should I uncheck LiveID & OpenID as I don't think I use either one?

Clue in a rookie please.

Thanks,

Mike

"Should I uncheck LiveID & OpenID"

That's what I have done as I don't plan to use these. Whether that is correct or not, who knows?

Just a rookie myself I'm afraid.

Rich.

Re: Unable to logoutway

I have the exact same problem.    Last time I rebooted the server and the problem went away.   But now I have the same problem.  Rebooting the server everytime does not sound like a logical solution.  Does anyone have any ideas?
