Solution to correct - The 'Create Module Package' link will not be shown - folder does not exist.

I've installed DNN 04.08.02 (Source package for the purpose of installing) then copied some module source code from an active site to my development site and it results in the following being displayed under the text box labled 'Folder Name'

The 'Create Module Package' link will not be shown - folder does not exist.

What's the solution to correct this? I've got a folder under App_Code and another under DeskTopModules with the same name as my module. I used a StarterKit prior to 04.08.xx series to create the module.

Re: Solution to correct - The 'Create Module Package' link will not be shown - folder does not exist.
I faced the same problem when I was trying to package my own module to install it to another DNN web application , simply in the place you found this message

The 'Create Module Package' link will not be shown - folder does not exist.

I removed “YourCompany.” From the folder name and left it including the “module name” only then pressed update, after that the message disappeared and I found the “Create Module Package” option in the action menu of the Edit Module Definition, then I found the created package in “Install/Module” folder and installed this package in another DNN web application and it works well.
