How do I change the timing on the flash banner?

I will have a wild guess and say it's not in DNN but more in the flash banner itself when made, not sure if it is the code of the flash banner but may be.

There's nothing in DNN to do this.  Do you have a specific skin you're working with?  Normally the timing for Flash is done in Flash.
