Can DNN have portals at different server location 

hi everyone,

i was curious to know whether DNN installation can have portals at different server?

As far as i know portals must be in the same server as the parent but can this be achieved

i will appreciate any reply

sure you can create DNN installations on any server. If you are asking to spread portal home directories over multiple servers, this is IMO not a good idea and may lead into severe trouble. If you want to use multiple web servers to host your DotNetNuke installation to serve a large number of users, read the document about Web Farm Configuration.
