How do I get the admin interface and start making sites?

login as admin user and you will find the control panel at the top of the window and the admin menu in the list on the left.

A host user will also find a host menu as well.

How do I login? What URL do I point to? If I go to the host IP I get a redirect.

I can't login though.

What URL do I go to to start adminstering the site? If I go to the base IP, I get redirected to the existing project site.

What was the URL you used when you installed it? That's the URL you need to go to.
