solpart Submenu scrolling up with the page 

hey,

I've placed the solpartMenu inside a div at top of the page with position: fix, so the div is always on top even when scrolling down. 
The problem is that the sub menu is sliding up when scrolling.  I've tried  to give the ".submenu"  an position: fix as well, but it didn't work. also tried to placed the menu inside a table (inside the fixed div) but again - nothing.

any ideas?
