Users can not change password when requiresQuestionAndAnswer is set to true

Folks,

I need help - we set the flag in web.config for requiresQuestionAndAnswer = "true" and since then users can not change password even if they answer the right question. What am I missing?

Thanks in advance for your help,

Hi Farhan,

What DNN version are you running?  I recall submitting a couple issues related to the requiresQuestionAndAnswer flag n the ~4.7.0 timeframe.
