user registration form not showing address field

I cannot get my user registration form to display an address field...  I went to the Manage Profile Properties and User Settings and made sure that the address column was visible...  What else do I need to do?

Make that field required.

Re: user registration form not showing address field

It's marked as visible so it should at least show that field.. The field isn't even visible..  I'll try here shortly.

Re: user registration form not showing address field

that didn't work.. Also, I don't even see the 'street address' field... I only see the postal code and the city fiields when looking at fields that pertain to the address. . I marked the postal code as visible and required and it still doesn't show up...  i'm going to install UCanUse.

Re: user registration form not showing address field

Hi,

Once you are done with the profile properties

Then click on the "User Settings" at the bottom, which after "Manage profile Properties".

At this new form scroll down and check "Require a valid Profile for Registration:" the CheckBox. Press "Update".

Should work ;)
