Shipping settings using DNN store 

Hello Everyone,

   I'm a noob with DNN ( but I have worked with CMS's before).  I'd like to find out some additional info on the shipping calculations.  I'm using a paypal gateway, so does the shipping module use the paypal shipping?  Does anyone know how the rates are calculated? 

   I'd like to set up different surcharges/rates for international customers.  Is there a way to do this?  The configuration only seems to take weight into account, are the calculations using the new dimensional weight calculations?  How does the calculator work for international shipping?

  If anyone can point me at some documentation, it would really be apprcieated!  (I've been a searchin')
