I am helferlein forms. i must say that they very useful.

Now i am in need of uploading documents with the help of forms.

Example: If a job hunting client comes to my site and he is filling the form. in the last i want a text box and a button names as browse by which he can upload the his CV.

Sorry i meant to say that. I am using helferlein form and they great which definately Mr MICHAEL TOBISCH has made.

But i want to upload documents to the site whether is it through the forms or through some other module. So can you tell me how can it be done.
