Portal Alias on a different port 

I currently have DNN up and running on IIS under port 81 (IIS Default Web Site is port 81). Everything there is fine. I added a new IIS entry under website and assigned it Port 9000. I pointed it to the same folder and put default.aspx as it's only document. When I attempt to access the portal via this alias, I get...
