Re: Logo Title/Tooltip

AFAIR the only setting that the LOGO skin object has is for BorderWidth,the alt text for the logo image is automatically extracted from the portalname. Unless you're happy to set that to an empty string, you'll have to amend logo.ascx.vb in Website\admin\Skins . The line would be changed like this

imgLogo.AlternateText = PortalSettings.PortalName

to

imgLogo.AlternateText = String.Empty

Re: Logo Title/Tooltip

I am actually trying to to set title=""

If I set hypLogo.ToolTip = String.Empty, it does not put title="" in, it just deletes it. I just thought there may be an easy way to force an empty string...

I'll set hypLogo.ToolTip = "String.Empty" and use PageBlaster to repalce it.

Thanks!

Re: Logo Title/Tooltip

ah, sorry i didn't realise you meant the title attribute, not the alt tag. The asp:image tag does not support a title property but you can code it by using the attributes collection i.e

imgLogo.attributes.add("title","some text")
