How to send Email on user profil change to Admin

I'm configuring a DNN site with a verified user registration.
If a user changes any setting in his profile the admin should get a mail with at least the user name (better: and the names of the changed fields).

Re: How to send Email on user profil change to Admin

Interactivewebs.com.au do a module that does this.

It'd be great to have in the core though, but to any specified address, not just the admin acount - because the site admin is not necessarily the business admin.
