Automating the copying of content between two servers

Hi

I have two servers. One at a location being used as an intranet and another located at a different site which is on the internet. I would like to periodically copy ( automatically ) the contents of the site from the intranet to the internet server. I have considered DTS ( complex as DNN table structure handles multiple hosts ) and exporting the templates ( I can only see a way of doing this manually ). Does anyone have any ideas how best to approach this problem ?

Many Thanks
