Friendly URLs not working on one page

DNN4.9.0 on Godaddy (yeah, I know).

Everything was working fine until I tried creating a subdomain for my forum page.  I created a subdomain called "forum" and pointed it to a directory named "forum" in my DNN directory.  The subdirectory contained a default.htm file which redirected the browser to the Forum page on my web site (using a friendly URL). With friendly URLs on, I get the following error:

Server Error in '/dnn2/forum' Application.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Server cannot access application directory 'd:\....\dnn2\forum\'. The directory does not exist or is not accessible because of security settings

The directory did exist and was totally visible, but since then, to try to get back to the way things were, I've deleted the subdomain and the "forum" subdirectory.

If I use the tabid format, the forum page shows up fine.  If I turn off friendly URLs, everything works fine.

Any idea how I can go back to using friendly URLs?

Thanks!
Mark
