SMTP problem 
Hi, I have a new install of 4.0.2. Installed error free. I can send a test email a new user registration email also the verification email works fine. When I use forum notifications, either the DNN or Active Forums modules, no email is sent no errors in my mailserver logs and IIS6 goes to 25% CPU usage. An error is produced in the DNN log. Can someone tell me what's gone wrong and steer me in the right direction to fix?
