How do you get the RSS News Feed Module to work?

I have been trying add newsfeeds to the News Feed Module on a DNN 3.2.2 page.  For example if you go to http://www.msnbc.com, how do you get their news feed?

Is there somehting special you have to do to format the URL link?

Nadine
