I don't really know what else to say! I followed your suggestions before you made them and answered as to the action taken in my response. All the sudden it started working ok, I am sure it had something to do with the Blowery Compression, but I had completely disabled that before my first post.

I am starting to think this is a Server Issue DiscountASP site seems slow today. I will post when I nail it down.

Thanks Steve,

I noticed you had another response while I was typing mine.

I appreciate you getting back to us on what is working.

I do know that the Blowery compression module needs to have that excluded, and that you need to put the exclusion in as :

ebresource.axd  (all lower case and skip the first letter).

Leaving off the "w" off of webresource.axd did the trick! What is up with that? An issue with the Blowery HttpHandler?

Thanks much for your speedy response. I have a happy client upgraded from 3.1.1 to 4.3.3.

Yes, the code in the Blowery Compression module has a small offset problem where it can't match against the first character in the url.

I turned off the Port80 compression for the site, clear caches, and still, 'Site Settings' will just not submit.   I am running a couple other DNN 4.3.3 installs on the same server with no issues.
