My organization is converting our existing site to DotNetNuke.  In the next few months, we'll need an expert to create skins and write XSL for our site.  If you are a skinning guru, or if you have recommendations or warnings about consultants, please post a reply.  Thanks!!

Key Requirements:
--Multiple skins for different site identities
--Incorporating custom controls in skins (for automated authentication, etc.)
--Many individual page templates that incorporate dozens of possible modules
--Special module skins (AJAX, XSL transformations, etc.)
--HTML Content templates that can be used by the FCK Editor
