4.08 - Skins stylesheets not being loaded 

Hi Folks,

With a clean install of 4.08 I find that my Skin stylesheets are no longer getting loaded. I have tried skin.css and a css file with the same name as a skin

I also see the same problem with containers.

This method works fine on my other pre 4.08 sites

Has something changed ?

Everything works fine on the site (no permissions issues, error messages, etc?)

Is there a message that you get when you try and apply the skin?
