Cannot apply container to :: Terms Of Use and Privacy Statement 

I have created container for one of my website. I uploaded the container to my website and applied it to all the site. Every module is inheriting my custom container except the privacy page and terms of use page. So please suggest me, how to apply my custom container to Terms of use and Privacy Statement page.

I think they use the admin skin, set the container as admin contianer too...
