Tokens for the skin 

Hi I have to create a new token for the skin, and modify other for example the [Terms], How I do this??

you need to create your own skin objects, which is similar to module development and can be packaged and distributed in the same mannor. I am not sure, if there is a chapter in module development manual about skin objects, but the core objects shall be of help.
