Adding left and right padding on the solpart menu

Hi All,

How do I space out the solpart root-level menu items?  In other words, I want to add some padding between root level menu items; I'm using a horizontal menu layout.

I tried adding padding-left and padding-right to various different CSS classes that I found listed here, but none of them worked.  What class do I want, or how do I do this?

Re: Adding left and right padding on the solpart menu

use something along these lines: .yourRootMenuItemClass td {padding: 0 10px 0 10px;}

Re: Adding left and right padding on the solpart menu

I tried this:

.MainMenu_RootMenuItem td
{
    padding-left: 100px;
    padding-right: 100px;
}

No effect.

Re: Adding left and right padding on the solpart menu

BTW, I don't actually want 100px of padding, in case you were wondering.  I just gave it a try to verify that nothing was happening.  It's easy to miss a small padding change, while a large padding change is obvious.
