I may be mistaken, but I believe Shaun was indicating that the release had slipped from Q1 to Q2.  Now clearly we're now a few days into Q3, but judging by the activity in Gemini, they're reasonably close to a release.  I would expect that some of the interim 4.8.x releases have diverted some 5.0 assets and been a factor in some of this delay.

Again, I have no inside knowledge about any of this.  Just a bit of Sunday speculation.
