Padding Issue 

There is so much padding at the top of all of my containers, I have a banner at the top and then below a main content section on the left and a nav submenu on the right, but there is about 120px of white space in between that I cannot seem to get rid of. How can I collapse this space somewhat?

Also, how can I add padding between the main menu items?
