Two solpartmenu

In my site built with DNN 4 there are two menus created with the object solpartmenu.
The first has horizontal orientation and the attribute "rootonly" is set to true.
This allows browsing only main pages where the portal is divided.
Each main page has sub-pages whose title should be viewed with a second menu that has vertical orientation and the attribute level is set to child.
When I click on these items I correctly navigate the sub-pages but the menu disappear and I would always remain visible even in the sub-pages.
Is it possible?
What attribute should I use to reach this goal?
Look at this site as an example: www.longfellowbenefits.com   (from showcase page)

Re: Two solpartmenu

I know I tried something similar for a site - and just couldn't get it done with the NAV control.  The Longfellowbenefits site uses an inventua_sidemenu for their vertical menu - so you may have to spend some money.  I saw this by viewing source.

A "CLose" possible and free solution would be to use gotchasoft's child links.   I don't recall all you can do with, but you can select the page you want as the parent and display it's children.

Re: Two solpartmenu

Hi Max.  Your site has the Inventua Sidemenu that A.Walker mentioned, but it also has the Telerik RadMenu, which I am not familiar with but I am given to believe it can do what you are talking about.  Check out the Inventua SideMenu Here: and the Telerik Rad Menu Here:

Good luck,

Clay

Re: Two solpartmenu

Max,

I use two Solpart Menus as you described, but to get the sub-pages to retain the menu i had to use a Second page with the menu attribute of the sub-pages changed.

Sorry Eddie, but I can not understand.
Could you be more clear?
