text and layout size

can you see this 6 icon on top of this website? Three icons are for layout-size and the the other three for text-size. Are they an object skin or a module? I could not find the in the skinning manual. Another question: how do they work? Do they set a different portal.css and skin.css? thanks

Re: text and layout size

Seems like a skin object that points to another skin which has the layout/text size that is desired.

You can purchase or make a skinobject that does this.

Re: text and layout size

I think it's a pretty standard thing.  I haven't gotten into it much....but Lee from dnncreative.com mentions alot about structuring for this.  I think it's a CSS thing or somethin'.  I'd go to his site and poke around about "accessibility".  I don't think its' diffent pages at all, at least for text sizes...it's has to do with using em for sizes and spaces instead of px.  IE font-size=1em in your body css, then everywhere else you use font-size=115%, so all the sizes are relative to your body...then somehow there is a way to increase the size of the body css...I'm assuming maybe...ohh..dunno...something likea  javascript to change the font size for the body tag?  something does it to the body tag and then all the rest(if formatted with %) adjust relative automaticaly.

I haven't delt wthi it yet, but I know Lee must address it at some point....he has a good site and a good rep from what I can tell on here.  I've watched many of his videos and they have saved me countless hours.

Just looked on his site..here it is : http://www.dnncreative.com/Home/Issues/tabid/351/ArticleType/ArticleView/ArticleID/154/Default.aspx
