Thank you that's probably the best advice I've had. I've spent hours uploading and previewing my skin in the local host and it's a pain in the neck. I'm such a novice but I've figured out how to make a skin and put content panes and skin objects into it correctly.
I tried downloading that Microsoft Visual Web Developer once but it was taking forever and I didn't know if it was worth it. I think I already have the DNN Starter Kit because I can use the local host to view my DNN. So if I just install the other software, will that work? It sounds way easier than what I've been trying to do.
Two things I also haven't been able to figure out and can't find any documentation. A link or some advice would be terrific!
1) How do I get a menu into my page and format it? I don't seem to see how it works by looking at skins that are already done.
2) How do I change the default formatting of the skin objects in my CSS? I don't seem to know how to write the classes for them.
Thanks again for the tip!
