"ContentPane" changes "cellpadding" - Fix?
Modified By Timo Breumelhof on 2/28/2008 6:29:12 AM)

Hello, "ContentPane" kills page design! Snippet from my ASCX file:

Corresponding HTML code generated by DNN (snippet):

Module title ... The strange attribute is: cellPadding="5" in class "containermaster_blue" -

this must be an error! Our layout is based on pixels and now we have a

5-pixel margin around the content. :( Can somebody help please? Regards, Peter

Sorry, the snippets *were* in the mail but obviously interpreted ...

So I created a GIF with the snippets:

I'm not exactly an expert, but it looks to me like your html is a little out of whack which is probably what's causing your problem.

It looks to me like you just need to insert the TR and /TR (with brackets) before and after the TD line that describes your content pane.

Re: "ContentPane" changes "cellpadding" - Fix?

What you show as ascx is the skin, the padding is not on the contenpane, but the table inside it.

That table is from the container.

It seems you are using the dnn_blue container and the padding is added there...

Hope it's clear...
