~BASIC CSS skin and container. Feedback requested.
Modified By abecedarian on 3/4/2008 11:34:47 PM)

I've made a 'somewhat' basic CSS skin. No graphics or what-nots. The HTML for it is cake. I've included the CSS stylesheet for the skin and container as well as the xml files for both. All you should have to do is upload the file (available from the link below) and DNN should place the skin and container into the proper places.
You can then edit the skin.css and container.css as well as the respective 'html' files to your hearts content (don't forget to modify the xml files as well if you need to). Just go to the Host or Admin 'Skins' tab and select the skin and 'Parse Skin Package' after every edit.

I'd like to ask people to take a look at it and comment. It's got content panes that 'wrap' around other content panes- a lot like what you see on main-stream sites. Also, there's a lot of room for customizing when you consider backgrounds for the body and panes and the like. It works in Firefox (2.0.12) and IE7, with minor differences that don't negatively affect presentation.

Please post comments about the skin as replies to this thread or (last resort) as emails to k.mcgehee@verizon.net.
