Re: Expand Module W/ Hyperlink Within The Module

Save this as an HTML doc for an example:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">
<html>
    <head>
        <title></title>
    </head>
    <body>
        <a href="#" onclick =" document.getElementById('hiddenlogin').style.display='block';return false">Click here to login</a>
        <div id="hiddenlogin" style="display:none;">

            Login
        </div>
    </body>
</html>

For the module:
Copy the red part in the header and the blue in the footer of the module

Re: Expand Module W/ Hyperlink Within The Module

Thanks for the quick respone! That however doesn't work.  The users name and password field does not expand. It doess however expand any text below "Click here to login".  DNN uses java script to collapse and expande modules correct? I would think I would need to enbed the java script link in the header some how...

Any other ideas?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Are you looking for something like the username and password boxes are hidden but show up when the user moves the mouse into that area?

Re: Expand Module W/ Hyperlink Within The Module

I guess that wouldn't be to bad of a solution.

The page I am working on can be found here:http://70.184.236.159/suntell Please go easy on me. This is my first website.

I am attempting to make the "Click here to login" hyperlink expand the module.... I know its kinda reduntant since they can click the "plus".  I am trying to make the site "dummy proof". I am anticipating 2000 users essentially over night.
