Yes, all he is doing is using a bunch of javacript on the site. Badly coded javascript I might ad. Everytime you move the mouse it makes a javascript call which results in an error. To answer your question though yes.

A better question is why not just go with a content pane skin and fill it with a flash program. Would be much easier to do, and less work for the end client. That however is just me, cause I know flash a bit better then javascript. Plus a bunch of people have javascript turned off / down to prevent webhacks to their client.

I couldn't resist clicking the link. i got 1300 javascript errors in about 30 seconds. I didn't see anything cool otherwise (using FF).

This site always has a bunch of scripts like that.. it also says which browsers they work in :

Some of them can probably be pasted into a text module, some might need to be coded intot he skin, and others might need files uploaded to the server.
