Hi there!

Im making a tabbed menu based on the Horizontal Menu - Fixed Width. Using DotNetNuke 4.5 and the DNN: NAV menu. Below is just an illustration to make things as clear as possible. I do not manage to set the background (should be a horizontally tileable image) between left and right separator according to the image. Nothing happens when changing any attributes of the "main_dnnmenu_item style" class, and if I change the "main_dnnmenu_rootitem" the whole horisontal bar is set including the areas behind the left and right separator. This is a big problem for me and I have no clue of how to solve this! thank you VERY VERY much, for ANY ideas of how to solve this. I found only one tutorial on the web that made a menu, but that one was quite old and didnt help me unfortunately.

did you finally made it right? and what is the tutorial you found that did not help you at the begining please give me a link  I am trying to make something similar too !
