how to localization in skin? 

I need to make some  localization in skin? but the skin file( .ascx) not any related .resx file. for example, I need to make some confirm message in the skin file with some lable control. how to do it? any advice? thanks a  lot!

localization is currently not supported for skins, AFAIR there are 3rd party tools, e.g. from www.apollo-software.nl, which allow to do so.

just these not I need. I did not need the language selection control.
maybe I can develope my skin objects for the confirm message with the great localization, right?
thers are any sample for similiar requirement?
