Not same in IE and Firefox what to do?

Hi there,

I am trying to make a skin here but i am facing a problem. As the skins that i am making are not looking the same in both IE and firefox. they both are showing in different manner in IE the header and body is getting lined up properly and in other its not. where as in IE the footer is repeating 3 times and in firefox its not. So can any one tell me what do to make them look alike. And i am using Dreamweaver for making skins.

Thanks

Mujahed Khan

Sorry Mujahed,

Without the live version of your skin, I'm afraid no one will be able to help you.

Can you install it on a test environment?

Duc

Re: Not same in IE and Firefox what to do?

It sounds to me like it's a problem with tables.

Different browsers will output "bad" tables differently than others.

Most of my weird layout issues have been due to orphaned or improperly located <table>, <tr> or <td> tags.
