Changing passwords programatically

New to DNN. Trying to find a way to set a new password programatically. We have a service that will take password changes in AD and replicate them down to other applications. I am trying to extend this to DNN. From what I can tell, I will need to know the current password in order to set a new one. However, I cannot seem to find a function that will return to me the current password so that I can pass that along with the new password into the ChangePassword function. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Re: Changing passwords programatically
UserInfo SilverlightUser = new UserInfo();
SilverlightUser = UserController.GetUser(_PortalID, _UserID, false);
_Password = UserController.GetPassword(ref SilverlightUser, "").ToString();
