IIS, VS.Net 2003 and ASP.Net 1.1 
OK, I'm in need of a little help here! Running all of the above plus SQLServer and DNN 3.2.1 When I try to open any current project/web solution, VS tells me the Web server isn't running AND (looking at the processes) invokes msiexec.exe BUT IIS is running! When I start a new project from scratch, no problems. The Event viewer error tells me that the vbc7ui.dll is missing but I searched for and found the file. Also found it isn't registered. Should it be? How do I register this dll as I THINK that is the problem? Any other ideas welcome as I cannot work on our DNN solution at all right now! Thanks
