Uploading files 

I'm trying to find the command structure to upload a file to dnn via code.   I see common.addfile and common.uploadfile.  I have been unable to find decent documentation on the dotnetnuke code.   Am I missing a link to it?   I could not find any reference to this in the documentation downloads available on this site!   Thanks in advance!  I'm lost and confused at the moment with the Upload/Download procedures.
