Update and Cancel buttons stopped working 

I've been doing development on a custom module for months now. I've had this happen to me on some other previous modules and I just don't know why it happens. The module is much like the blog module, there are a list of items you can add, edit or delete from a list. When I go to the edit screen to add/update, both of the buttons (update and cancel) stopped working. They were working, I believe I changed the size of one of the text fields.

Has anyone run into this? Can anyone help?

Fix:

Aparantly the click event connection to the code cleared out somehow. I re-linked the click actions to the correct methods and all was good. Thank goodness for developer friends :)
