Is there API for portal tabs/pages?

Hi,
I need to write some side menu mdoule which present curent tab(page) name and all its child tabs.
Is there some dnn API which returns the current tab name and all its children (hopefully also
its brothers and parent)?

Thanks.

Re: Is there API for portal tabs/pages?

there are already various side modules available:

  • you can use default Solpart menu in vertical mode (see skinning doc)
  • there is Inventua Side Menu from www.inventua.com
  • there is free House Menu from www.houseofnuke.com
  • other menus might be available from SnowCovered.

Besides, there is a new menu provider, have a look into the core team members' blogs.

And one more question:
I didn't find any example of using the new navigation provider.
Do you have some working example?
Is there other options to get the tab hirerarchy except this provider?

Thanks.
