Custom Print  

Hi everyone,

Is there any way to change control's DEFAULT PRINT behavior.
I would like to create a custom control that would be used instead of default control's "Print" when print button is clicked.
For example I would like to put some header and footer when Print window is open.

If this isn't possible. How can I make a custom icon to appear on the control container next to print and settings options.
