Open solution errors 

I'm trying to create a new module on DNN3.2.2. But when I open the solution, and build it. It threw many error like:

undefined namespace: Portals...

If i install dnn, then open solution, VS.net gives an error that can't load  dotnetnuke project.

And by the way, can you please give me some tutorials of creating new module using VS.net 2003 with C#
