Forgot Password Not Working! 

Hi:

I have a custom login module, same as the one in DNN but its look is just customized.

I am having a problem in the Forgot Password. Before I used to get the Forgot Password Email. now I am not! And if I look into the Log Viewer, I can see the "Password Sent Success".

I tested the SMTP from the Host Settings Menu, and it was able to send the email.

Is there any possible reason for this behavior?
