How to grant access to networked shared files?
Hello Everyone,

I am working on a report module and when I submit my reports they cannot access \\NETWORK\DRIVE\FOLDER\PICTURES\BLAH.JPG   where BLAH would be various pictures.

Basically the webpage gets the report options and saves it to a file and then runs the report builder program (EXE) via

System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(ConfigurationSettings.AppSettings("ReportEXE"), cReportFile)

Then redirects to a waiting page that waits for the report exe to create the PDF result of the report.

I am using a domain account impersonation in my web.config file.

If I copy the pictures from the network share to a local drive, the report exe has the pictures in the created PDF.

Thank you for any help, I'm not sure what security setting I need to do or how to run the REPORT.EXE under a domain account or what is really the right way to do this,

Warren
