Problem after upgrading 

I just upgraded my development environment and my production environment to v3.3.0.  That went very smooth.  After I made a minor change to my custom module and uploaded it I get the following error when I open the site.

 BC31011: Unable to load referenced library 'c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v1.1.4322\temporary asp.net files\root\99e4ac6c\f693ebe1\assembly\dl2\80159537\0c5d4d23_ae91c601\infragistics.webui.shared.v2.1.dll': Access is denied.

The strange thing is that I don't use any Infragistics controls in my module.  I did experiment a few months ago with them and abandoned them because of problems.

I don't know where to begin looking for the problem.  Can someone give me some guidance?
