error in web forms design mode 

When I open Dotnetnuke solution file an message occurs "The project 'Provider.Caching.BroadcastPollingCachingProvider.SQLDataProvider' cannot be added to the current solution because a project with the same name or project file name already exists in the solution". I press OK button, then build the solution. It builds 34 projects successfully. But when I open default.aspx file in "View Designer" mode, an dialog appears with message "The File could not be loaded into the Web forms Designer. Please correct the following error and then try loading it again: Type Abstract  Make sure all of the classes used in the page are build or referenced in the project."

What cause this problem ? How can I fix it ? Where is the project Provider.Caching.BroadcastPollingCachingProvider.SQLDataProvider ?

Any answer will be appreciated.
