I understand the process.
And if ever it does not work after redefined my connection to oracle.
I will try to cheat the system relection Framework dotnetnuke and renaming my class as you have indicated to me.

I am actually forced to rename my oracle class in sqldataprovider .
After all functioning normally.
But for ExecuteReader method, I pass by a table setting oracle to return my cursor.Other methods do not work.

Public static OracleDataReader ExecuteReader (string connectionString, CommandType commandType, string commandText, OracleParameter params [] commandParameters) is OK
Public static OracleDataReader ExecuteReader (string connectionString, string spName, params object [] parameterValues) is not OK

Otherwise it's cool
